Advertising. Communications campaigns. Design. Marketing strategy. Media planning. PR. Web development. In every single one of these fields, it’s the different ideas that get noticed. But different alone isn’t enough. To be effective, different also needs to be better. Hyper-relevant. Engaging. Thought-provoking. Sometimes shocking. Often fun.
Careers in the creative industry offer a different challenge – often several – every day. Great work will influence behaviour. Make people act. Occasionally it can save lives. That’s immensely rewarding, but it isn’t for everyone.
DNA, or Different Narrative Academy, is your chance to experience ten working days of what our roles involve, and see whether that gets your creative juices flowing.
We offer a free, two-week training and work experience programme based in our Newcastle office. Places are limited – earn yours and you’ll get to learn from seasoned advertising creatives, client partners, PR experts and planners. You’ll find yourself part of a team working on real client briefs, thinking fast and sharpening your skills, and you’ll leave with real inside knowledge, agency experience for your CV, and a bunch of new friends.
This year’s programme runs from 4th–15th September. We have ten places up for grabs and entries are already flooding in. We welcome entries from anyone and everyone providing you’re over 16 years old and can make it to the agency for the above dates.
The closing date for applications is 30th June, so check out the entry form here and give it your best shot. Good luck!
